第一次入住哈里森溫泉酒店，房間有點舊，溫泉很不錯👍凌晨1:45火警響，所有住客都離開房間，在外面等了1個小時才回到房間

我每年都會來住，因為溫泉不錯，結果給我的感覺是一年不如一年。飯店很舊、設施很舊，這些都還好，要命的是這麼冷的天空調衹設定19度，你開到30度也沒用，它就是不製熱。半夜凍醒又找不到客房服務，衹能自己走到前台去要被子，一個來回覺也不用睡了。一千多一晚的酒店就這服務，你們認為值得嗎。我聽説老闆是中國人.中國人的服務意識就那麼差嗎，衹認錢了。無語！

The lobby and its fireplace is nice but guest room is a bit old and may need to be renovated or upgraded. The hot spring offers both indoor and outdoor pools and ONLY guests can enjoy the pool, be aware that the pool is NOT open to non-hotel guest. One strange thing is the hotel won’t accept cash as deposit, you must have a cc or debit card to do your check in, is it right?

Found a good deal on a week day so we decided to go for the first time. I had heard good reviews about the hotel so I was excited. Stayed at the heritage tower, it was literally ‘heritage’… you could call it very vintage/ chic style but in other words it hasn’t been updated since early 1900… all the doors inside the room were squeaky, the bathroom door didn’t close properly since it looks like it has been painted many times, luckily there was a heater but the room is not sound-proof so every time someone walked above or below us, we could hear very clearly… some spots on the floor were uneven. The staff were friendly. We went there to sit and relax in the pool but it was crowded and people were taking loud everywhere. Turned out that the outside of the hotel was a lot quieter and the scenery was beautiful and peaceful. The restaurant ‘Cooper Restaurant’ was probably the best part of our stay. The foods were good and they had a jazz band which was great. If you are planning to stay there I would recommend the other towers ( assuming they are newer buildings.)

We booked this resort thinking that it will be good and well maintained but when we got the room, it was old with worn out furniture. Bed was so old and worn out that I ended up having a back problem after sleeping on it. There was not even an exhaust fan in the bathroom. They said that they are upgrading our room but it was a joke. We thought it will be a big room may be a suite but to our surprise they gave us two rooms adjacent to each other with one room having a queen size bed with worn out bed mattress and the other one with two single beds. We were only a couple with no kids or anyone else with us. When we talked to the counter people they said that we should have booked in the new building not the old one even though when we booked we were not given any choices but now to have a room in the new building we had to pay $100 more. We were very disappointed with the resort and the customer service. Besides the pool, there was nothing else that was good in this resort. This is the most outdated hotel resort we came across.

Great location for a weekend getaway. Love the hot spring pool that's both indoors and outdoors, as well as the sauna. The room size was decent with a walk in closet that I used as a change room. The cost of the room per night and the resort fee of $25 + tax did not quite match the overall value. The hotel needs a major update; cleaning of general/common areas needs improvements.
